Download the For Girlies app or visit forgirlies.com and tap "sign up." Enter your email address, verify with the code we send you, and complete the onboarding steps to set up your profile.

Tap "log date" from the navigation menu. Fill in the details about your date — who it was with, how it went, and how you're feeling — then submit. Your entry will appear on your calendar and your friends' feeds.

Go to the "friends" page and search for your friends by their handle. Send them a friend request, and once they accept, you'll be able to see each other's date entries.

You can delete your account at any time from the settings page. Sign in, go to "settings" from the navigation, and tap "delete account." This will permanently remove your profile, dates, and related activity. If you have any issues, email us at hello@forgirlies.com with the subject line "Delete My Account."

Tap the three-dot menu on any post or profile and select "Report." Our moderation team reviews all reports and takes action in accordance with our community guidelines.

Visit the user's profile, tap the three-dot menu, and select "Block." Blocked users will no longer be able to see your profile or interact with your content.

Make sure you entered correct email address and check that your device can receive emails. Also check your spam folder. If you still don't receive a code, wait a few minutes and try again. Contact us at hello@forgirlies.com if the issue persists.
